雌激素在手部湿疹发病中的作用

The Roles of Estrogen in the Pathogenesy of Hand Eczema

手部湿疹是皮肤科的常见病之一,其病因包括内、外两方面因素,对于其外部因素国内外研究的较多,而在临床上观察发现更年期妇女更容易患病,考虑可能与体内的激素水平变化有关。为了进一步探索发病的内部因素及为治疗提供新的思路,仅对雌激素及其受体对手部湿疹的发病可能存在的作用进行归纳,希望对临床研究及治疗提供参考和借鉴。

Hand eczema（HE） is one of the common problems in dermatology, which arises from both interal and external factors. There are many studies about external factors internal and abroad. Clinical observation found that women in menopause are liable to this disease, which maybe related to the changes of hormone level in the body. This article reviews possible effect of estrogen and its receptor on the genesis of hand eczema in order to explore internal factors related to its genesis and provide a new therapeutic idea besides to prvide reference for the clinical study and therapy.
