Study Advancement about Chemical Composition and Pharmacological Actions of Eucommiae ulmoides Oliv

杜仲又名思仙、思仲、木棉等,在我国南自五岭,北至长城的广阔地区普遍种植,是我国特有的植物资源。杜仲包括木质素类、环烯醚萜类、多糖类、杜仲胶等多种化学成分。其在心脑血管疾病的治疗、增强免疫、抗衰老、促进骨细胞增殖、抗肿瘤方面发挥主要的作用。总之,杜仲的开发应用前景较为广阔。

Eucommia ulmoides Oliv（EUO） also is called as Sixian, Sizhong, Mumian, which is planted widely from the south of Wu mountain to the north of Great Wall. It is also the specific plant resource of China. EUO has many composition of lignans, iridoids, polysaccharide and guttaporcha, which play an important role in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, elevation of immunity, anti-aging, promotion of osteocyte proliferation and anti-tumor. In a word, EUO has wide prospect of application and exploitation.
