近10年来,抗抑郁药的研究和应用获得了质的飞跃。目前抗抑郁药的种类包括:三环类、四环类、单胺氧化酶抑制剂、可逆性单胺氧化酶抑制剂、选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂、选择性去甲肾上腺素再摄取抑致剂、5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素再摄取抑制剂。此外,还有去甲肾上腺素和特异性5-羟色胺抑制剂。

In recent 10 years, the research and application of antidepressants has rapid development. There are several types of antidepressants including Tricyclics antidepressants, Tetracyclic antidepressants, Monamine oxidase inhibitors （MAOIs）, Reversible inhibitor of monoamine oxidase A （RIMA）, Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors （SSRIs）, Norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor （NRI） or （NARI）, Serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors（SNRIs） besides noradrenaline and specific serotonerg/c antidepressant （NaSSA）.
