血管内超声的临床应用进展

摘要 血管内超声是近年发展起来的一种全新的介入性超声技术,它能够观察血管壁各种病变的组织形态学特征,精确的测量血管腔径及截面积,同时可以评价各种介入性治疗的效果,弥补了血管造影的某些不足。血管内超声提高了冠状动脉疾病的诊治水平,有效地指导了冠状动脉疾病的介入治疗及预防。 Intravascular ultrasound is a new developed interventional ultrasound technique in recent years, whieh can observe the changed morphological features of kinds of lension in vessel wall, and precisely measure the vascular lumen diameter and the cro as-sectional area. Meanwhile it also can evaluate the effect of kinds of interventional therapy, whieh can make up for certain deficiencies of angiography. Intravascular ultrasound can not only promote the diagnostic level of coronary artery disease,but also effectivey guid the interventional therapy and prevention of coronary artery diseases.
