摘要
近年来,人们逐渐意识到血管内皮生长因子作为血管新生的重要诱导剂,对滑膜炎症的发展及滑膜血管翳的形成具有十分重要的作用,参与了类风湿性关节炎的发病机制、病理改变,成为早期诊断疾病、观察病情活动、判断疗效及预后的一个重要指标。大量针对血管内皮生长因子的靶点治疗开拓了类风湿性关节炎治疗的新途径,有望成为类风湿性关节炎治疗的一种新的发展方向。
In recent years,vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）, as an important inductor of neovascularization, has been gradually recognized to play an important role in inflammatory development and genesis of pannus in synovial membrane, which also takes part in the pathogenesy and pathological changes of RA and is ecoming an important index in diagnosing diseases earlier,obserring proceedings of pathogenetic condition and judging efficacy and prognosis. Quantity of targeted therapy aiming at vascular endothelial growth factar（VEGF） opans up a new pathway in treating RA and is expected to be the new developing direction in the treatment of RA.
