几种评价耳石功能的前庭电位

Several Vestibular Potentials in Assessment of Otolite Function

摘要 大量研究表明几种前庭神经电位(前庭诱发电位、前庭诱发肌源电位和声刺激短潜伏期负电位)来源于耳石器官,通过它们可以评价耳石器官及下前庭神经的功能。本文就这几种电位特性、起源简要综述,探讨其在临床上的应用。由于前庭诱发肌源性电位强烈提示来源于前庭终末器官——球囊,属于声诱发短潜伏期负电位相同的神经传导通路的下游电位,且与受试者听力无关,测试方法简单,应用到临床可以作为评价耳石器官功能的一种新手段。 A lot of studies indieate that several vestibular potentials (vestibular evoked potential, vetubular evoked myogenic potential, acoustically evoked short latency negative response) originate from otolite, by which we can assess the function of otolite and sub-vestibular nerve. This article reviews feature and origination of the several potentials and debates their application in clinic. VEMP is proved to originate from saccule,which belongs to downstream potential in the same nervous conduction of ASNR. It also have nothing to do with hearing of subjects, which can be a new method in assessing otolite with simple testing method once it is applied into clinic.
