摘要
脑卒中后高血糖对脑组织损害已在动物实验中证实,脑卒中后高血糖发生的机制是多方面的,出现高血糖后应用胰岛素治疗可降低血糖,明显改善神经功能。本文就高血糖对脑卒中后脑损害发生机制及胰岛素对脑损害修复中的作用进行综述。
Brain lesions caused by hyperglycaemia after acute stroke have been demonstrated by animal test. Multiple factors contribute to the pathegenesis of hyperglycemia after acute brain stroke,. Insulin application can decrease hyperglycacmia and promote nervous function. This article reviews pathegenesis of brain damage resulting from hyperglycacmia after brain stroke and effect of insulin an damaged brain reparation.
