伴瘤内分泌综合征的研究进展

Study Progress of Paraneoplastic Endocrinic Syndrome

伴瘤内分泌综合征是指肿瘤产生激素或激素样多肽所引起的内分泌功能紊乱,其发生机制涉及交叉免疫反应、致癌基因选择性表达等。常见的伴瘤内分泌综合征有抗利尿激素分泌不当综合征、异位促肾上腺皮质激素综合征、伴瘤高钙血症、伴瘤低血糖症、异位人促性腺激素分泌综合征等。本文就伴瘤内分泌综合征的研究进展作一综述。

Paraneoplastic endocrinic syndrome refers to endocrinic disorder resulting from hormone or hormone like polypeptide that tumor produced,of which the pathogenesis involves in cross immunoreaction, selective expression of carcinogene and so on. Common paraneoplastic endocfinic syndrome includes syndrome of inappropilate ADH secretion, ectopic adrenocorticotropic hormone secretion, paraneoplastic hypercalcinemia, paraneoplastic hypoglycemia, ectopic human gonadotropin secretion and so on. This article reviews research progress of paraneoplastic endocrinic syndrome.
