针对粉煤灰加气砼砌块生产的特点,分析了粉煤灰加气砼清洁生产的基本技术,设计了一种粉煤灰加气砼破碎磨粉车间清洁生产新方法,该方法能实现粉煤灰加气砼破碎磨粉车间湿式去尘,并有效提高水、气资源的综合利用率,该方法也可用于其它粉尘排放量大的场所除尘。

Along with the rapid development of the market economy, the industry of Fly Ash Aerated- Concrete in our country was walked on the front of the world, but the environment problem of follow was serious increasingly. The production line of Fly Ash Aerated-Concrete given the breakage of natural environment and bring threat to people＇s healthy. The paper presented a new technique to accomplish cleaner production in fly ash aerated concrete fragmentation shop basis on the features of Fly Ash Aerated-Con-crete production. The way has achieved the goals of removing dust and making economical use of water.And the way can be used to some places where are the dust was blowing, too.
