糖杯芳烃基因载体GGC[4]的合成及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 设计并制备了一种新的具有分子探针功能的主体分子型非病毒载体双子糖杯芳烃主体分子(GGC[4]),应用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观测到主体分子GGC[4]与DNA分子相互作用形成超分子纳米复合物的微观结构形态.体外细胞转染实验表明其具有较高的转染效率.本研究为设计制备新的非病毒基因载体提供了一种新途径. Non-viral gene vector is one of hot topics of gene therapy. Based on a long time our research on calixarene chemistry and with the progress of artificial virus and gemini surfactant, it is designed to synthesize a new glyco calixarene(GGC[4]) as gene carrier. It is observed that glycocalix[4]arene and DNA are mixed to afford a nano supramolular complexes in TEM images. In vitro transfection assays show that glycocalix [4]arene(GGC[4]) have a high tranfection efficiency. It is very important academic and practice significance for this research to make progress in the field of non-viral gene vector and even gene therapy.
