摘要
土地整理是对项目区的田、水、路、林进行综合整治,以提高土地质量、改善农业生产条件与生态环境的活动.这些活动影响了灌溉水的可获取性及获取量、灌溉水的利用系数、地表水文结构和灌溉水质量以及区域水资源的分配.结合国家投资湖北省安陆市辛榨乡基本农田土地整理项目分析了项目区的需水量、供水量及水量平衡,讨论了灌排系统的参数设计及工程设计.结果表明,采用合理的规划方案可以改善区域农业水环境,优化区域灌排系统.
Land consolidation is a project of comprehensive planning for farmland leveling, water resources allocation, traffic network building, and protection forest constructing in order to increase the farmland area and to enhance the farmland quality, and therefore to improve product conditions and eco-environment. The effects of consolidation on agricultural water environment are represented as follows: (1) quantity and acquirability of water irrigation; (2) utilization efficiency of irrigation water; (3) the structure of surface hydrology and the water quality of irrigation; (4) regional water resource reallocation. With the case of national investment project of land consolidation in Xinzha of Anlu City, Hubei Province, water requirement, yield and hydraulic budget are analyzed, and the parameter design and engineering design of the irrigate and drainage system are discussed. The results shown that the agricultural water environment can be improved, and the irrigation and drainage system can be optimized with the rational planning.
