高校思想政治理论课是大学生的必修课,是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主阵地、主渠道和主环节,它体现了德育首位的原则和社会主义的办学方针。如何有效地提高高校思想政治理论课的教学质量,是党和政府、高等学校和高校思想政治理论课教师非常关注的问题,抓好教学评价工作是其中一项行之有效的办法。

＂ Two Courses＂, namely ＂Marxist Theory＂ ＆ ＂Moral Education＂, are compulsory courses for college students. In accordance with socialist educational policy and the principle of ＂Primacy of Moral Education＂, great importance is attached to ＂ Two Courses＂ teaching. How to improve the teaching quality of ＂Two Courses＂ has been a major concern for the Party, the governments, universities and ＂Two Courses＂ teachers. One approach to higher teaching quality is to carry out proper evaluations of teaching.
