浅谈行政管理在中小企业中的地位

The Position of Administrative Management in SME

从中小企业行政管理的定义出发,指出中小企业行政管理有别于其他具体职能管理工作,在中小企业内部起着枢纽作用。做好行政管理工作是中小企业有效运转的重要前提,也是经营者提高中小企业管理水平的一个主要切入点。本文提出了目前我国中小企业行政管理中存在的问题,并对如何加强行政管理的地位提出了几点建议。

According to the definition of enterprises＇ ADM （administrative management） , the thesis emphasizes the position of ADM in SME （small and medium-sized enterprises） . Playing a pivotal role in the management of SME, ADM is different from other functional managements. Excellent ADM is not only an important precondition to make SME run effectively, but also a major breakthrough point to improve management and administration of SME. The paper raises some problems existing in ADM in SME in our country nowadays, and gives some suggestions on how to strengthen the administrative management in SME.
