我国核能资源保障研究

本文简要回顾国内铀资源勘探和开发历程,分析了国内铀资源状况及潜力,并阐述了我国利用国外铀资源的有利条件和趋势,明确回答了铀资源不是我国核电发展的瓶颈。针对造成目前我国核电发展过程中铀资源相对不足的原因,提出了保障我国铀资源供应在于深化改革、落实科学发展观,引入竞争机制,实施铀资源海外开发的全球战略,充分利用两个市场、两种资源,并进行战略铀资源储备。

In the paper, the authors review the history of uranium resource prospecting briefly, and analyze the domestic uranium resource status and prospecting potential, and discuss in detail the advantages and directions for using the overseas uranium resources. It concludes that the present limited quantity of domestic uranium resource is not the bottleneck of domestic nuclear power plan. And finally, the authors propose some security measures for uranium resource supply. It is suggested that we should break the monopolization system and bring into being competitive mechanism on uranium resource prospecting, and carry out the global strategy for uranium resource oversea prospecting, and store sufficient strategy uranium resources.
