摘要 目的测定仙人掌对辐射小鼠bcl-2与p53基因表达影响。方法以UVB辐照制备损伤模型,预先给予仙人掌,以RT-PCR测定仙人掌对辐射小鼠bcl-2与p53基因表达量的影响。结果仙人掌对辐射小鼠bcl-2的基因表达降低有保护作用,使辐射后p53基因表达降低。结论仙人掌具有一定的防辐射作用。其抗辐射作用与其调控细胞bc1-2与p53基因有关。 Objective To study the effects of genistein on bone marrow cell cycle, proliferation and expression of bcl - 2 gene and p53 gene of normal and irradiated mice. Methods The irradiation damage model of the mice caused by UVB was established. The bcl - 2 and p53 mRNA gene expression was also determined with the technology of RT - PCR. Results Opuntia could increase the bcl - 2 gene expression and decrease the p53 gene expression in irradiated mice. Conclusion The radioprotective effect of Opuntia is related to regulation of cell apoptosis and bcl -2 and p53 gene expression.
