黄连总生物碱纯化工艺研究

Purification Technology of Total Alkaloids from Rhizoma Coptidis

目的优选黄连最佳纯化工艺。方法对影响总生物碱纯化效果的因素进行了系统考察。结果黄连总生物碱的最佳纯化工艺为10倍量0.5%稀硫酸,用石灰乳调pH 9,静置2h,滤过,滤液用盐酸调pH1,加氯化钠使含盐量达10%,静置24h,滤过,沉淀水洗至pH 5。结论优选的黄连总生物碱纯化工艺稳定可行。

Objective To optimize the best purification process of total alkaloids from Rhizoma Coptidis. Methods The factors that affect the result of purification to total alkaloids were determined. Results The optimum isolation process was as follows, adding 10 time of 0.5% sulphuric acid into Rhizoma Coptidis extract, adjusting to pH 9 by lime cream, standing for 2 hours, filtering, adjusting to pH 1 by hydrochloric acid, adjusting the salinity of solution up to 10% by sodium chloride, standing for 2 hours, washing the precipitation by distilled water to pH 5. Conclusion The optimum purification technology of total alkaloids from Rhizoma Coptidis is simple, stable and feasible.
