川芎嗪与血塞通对糖尿病肾病患者微量白蛋白尿的作用

The Effect of Ligustrazine and Xuesaitong on the Microalbuminuria of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨川芎嗪和血塞通对2型糖尿病尿微量白蛋白的影响。方法44例病人随机分为3组,分别给予川芎嗪注射液、血塞通注射液,治疗2周。对照组不用川芎嗪、血塞通,其余治疗与前两组相同。治疗前后分别测24 h尿微量白蛋白。结果川芎嗪和血塞通组24 h尿微量白蛋白明显少于对照组和自身治疗前,而对照组无显著变化。结论川芎嗪和血塞通能够降低2型糖尿病人尿中微量白蛋白,对延缓糖尿病肾病的发生和发展有重要意义。

Objective To explore the effect of Ligustrazine and Xuesaitong on the urinary microalbumin of type 2 - diabetes patients. Methods 44 cases of 2 - DN patients were divided into three groups. Two of them were treated with Ligustrazine and Xuesaitong respectively for two weeks. The third group was treated the same except Ligustrazine and Xuesaitong. Measured and recorded the microalbumin of 24 h urinary before and after the treatment. Results The quantities of urinary micro albumin in 24 h urine of the two treated groups were decreased prominently , while those of the contrast group had no marked variation. Conclusion Ligustrazine and Xuesaitong can lower the urinary microalbumin of type 2 - diabetics. They have important meaning to delay the occurrence and development of the diabetic nephropathy.
