The Applications of Fingerprint Technology in Preparation Research of Chinese Medicine

概述了中药指纹图谱技术在中药制剂研究中对于投料药材甄别、炮制工艺优化、监控生产工艺、质量控制等方面的应用,以及制剂谱效结合、指导新药研发方面的应用,展望了指纹图谱技术在中药制剂研究开发应用中的前景。

This article reviewed the applications of fingerprint technology in preparation research of Chinese medicine, such as screening of the materia medica, optimization of processing technology, monitoring the production technology and quality control of the finished product. The combination of effect and chromatographic fingerprint, guidance in research and development of new drug were also reviewed. It gives a good prospect of application of fingerprint technology in preparation research of Chinese medicine.
