越轨、敌视和社会剥夺——农民工“非理性”讨薪行为的社会学分析

The Sociotogical Analysis:The Migrant Worker's So-called Irrational Behavior of Asking for Pay

通过对多起农民工非理性讨薪事件的观察和研究后认为,农民工非理性讨薪的越轨行为产生的直接原因是敌视情绪,而敌视情绪则是由"社会剥夺感"所造成。基于越轨、敌视与社会剥夺的关系分析,对消除农民工非理性讨薪行为提出了一些建议。

The article makes an observation on several events concerning the migrant workers so-called irrational behavior when asking for pay, and fmds that the immediate cause leading to the migrant worker＇s behavior is their hostile emotion towards employers, which is caused by their ＂feeling of being deprived by the society＂. Based on the analysis of relationship among the migrant worker＇s irrational behavior, their hostile attitudes and the feeling of being deprived, the paper puts forward some proposals to help eliminate the phenomenon.
