社会分层对中小学教育公平的影响及对策研究

The Influence and Countermeasure of Social Lamination on the Education Fair of Elementary and Middle Schools

教育公平是社会公平价值在教育领域的延伸和体现,包括教育权利平等和教育机会均等这样两个基本方面。然而由于计划经济体制向市场经济体制转变后,社会财富的分配方式发生了很大变化,人与人在社会财富占有量和占有方式等方面出现了一定差异,社会分层现象日益明显,从而影响了教育公平。文章从中小学教育的起点、过程、结果等方面论述了社会分层对中小学教育的影响,并提出了相应对策。

Education fair is the extension and manifestation of social fair in the education filed. It includes equality of education right and education opportunity. However, with the transformation from planned economy system to market economy system, great changes have taken place on the assignment of public wealth. There are much difference in the possessive amount and possessive way of public wealth among people. Social iamination is more and more obvious . All these factors have influenced education fair. This article elaborates the influence of social lamination on the education of elementary and middle schools in respect of the beginning ,the process, the result and so on,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
