摘要
以10个水稻三系不育系为材料,采用人工授粉和截断柱头的方法,对水稻的受精时间进行了研究。结果表明,不同水稻品种的受精时间不同,受精时间与品种的颖花柱头长度呈显著线性正相关,线性回归方程为:y=72.42x-66.75(r=0.99**),指出根据水稻品种的颖花柱头长度可以预测其受精时间。
Using 10 CMS lines as materials,the period from pollination to fertilization was studied by means of controlling pollination and cutting the stigma. The results showed that the periods from pollination to fertilization were different among the CMS lines and the period was closely and positively related to the length of their stigmas. The linear regression equation was y= 72.42x-66.75 (r=-0.99^**).The period from pollination to fertilization can be predicted according to the stigma length.
