稀土和银对 Mg-Li 合金显微组织及力学性能的影响 被引量:10

EFFECTS OF RE AND Ag ON MICROSTRUCTURES AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF Mg-Li ALLOY

摘要 通过正交实验确定了具有较高强度和塑性的Mg-7Li-14Zn合金中Ag、Nd、La和Ce的最优添加量,比较了其不同强化效果,并指出正交最优合金力学性能。通过TEM组织观察,确定了各合金元素的析出相分别为Mg3Ag、Mg17La2、Mg17Ce2和Mg3Ce,而Nd则固溶于α相中形成固溶强化。 The result of the orthogonal experiments indicates that Ag has the greatest effect on the strength of Mg-7Li-14Zn alloy, and the optimium quantities of additives are 1.6%Ag, 1.1%~1.3%Nd, 0.4%~0.6%La, 0.8%~1.0%Ce(wt), respectively. In this composition(ρ=1.694g/cm 3), the mechanical properties of the alloy are σ b= 405.1MPa, σ 0.2 =201.1MPa, δ=8.98%, after 370℃×1hr solid solution, water quenching, and 20hrs aging at 38℃. When Ag, Nd, La and Ce are added to the ternary alloy, Mg 3Ag, Mg 17 La 2, Mg 17 Ce 2 and Mg 3Ce phases are formed respectively, and Nd dissolves in α phase resulting in solid solution strengthening.
