Preliminary study on harvest technology of single litchi fruit(cv.Feizixiao) in batches

根据国外市场进口荔枝主要以粒果为主的情况,近年收购贮运公司与产地合作,在广东省湛江及海南省陵水、琼海等地采用分批单果采收技术采收妃子笑荔枝,按采收标准直接从树上采摘荔枝单果,大大减少了机械伤,缩短了果实从采收到冷处理的时间,同时较大幅度地提高了合格商品果率,目前每公斤果实的收购规格已提高至40个、合格商品果率达90%,取得了可观的经济效益。

The harvest technology of single litchi fruit （cv.Feizixiao） in batches was used, the trained farmers picked the single fruits from the tree in batches according to the standard. Contrast to picking in whole clusters and then cutting single ones at the fruit processing site, this technology greatly reduced mechanical injury, shortened the interval from harvest to coldtreatment, and improved the commodity fruit proportion considerably. The current standard of commodity fruit has been enhanced to 40 fruit/kg, the eligible fruit proportion was 90%, and the considerable economic benefits were anticipated.
