摘要
测试了激光相变硬化处理后的34CrNiMo钢疲劳强度,采用光学金相显微镜、透射电镜和X射线应力分析,研究了疲劳强度得以提高的原因。与表面感应加热淬火处理相比,激光硬化处理的疲劳强度提高不大,是与激光硬化层深度较浅以及残余压应力分布的范围较小有关。
The relationship among the microstructure, the residual stress and the fatigue strength of a 34CrNiMo steel after laser hardening was studied systematically in the paper. The reason for the raise of fatigue strength of the steel was discussed with the experimental results of OM, TEM and X-Ray stress analyses. The fatigue strength of 34CrNiMo steel through laser hardening is lower than that through induction quenching. This is because the laser-hardened layer has shallower depth and narrower extent of residual compression stress.
