摘要
SA8000在我国企业界产生了极大的冲击和震动,引发了学术界激烈的争议和辩论,也明显地暴露了我国民营企业人力资源管理存在的严重问题。随着国际企业社会责任运动的深入发展,企业履行社会责任已成为全球不可逆转的大势所趋,我国民营企业人力资源管理正经历严峻的考验。发挥SA8000的积极作用,对促进民营企业人力资源管理效能提升有着积极的意义。
SA8000 has brought about great impact and wide repercussions in Chinese enterprises, touched off heated academic debates and discussions and exposed the serious problems in human resouce management in Chinese non- governmental enterprises as well. Under the influence of international enterprises, it has become an irresistible global trend for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility. We should take full advantage of SA8000's positive function to improve human resource management in our non-governmental enterprises.
