摘要 目的:探讨凋亡基因Caspase-3在子宫肌瘤组织中的表达及相关性。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法及图像分析技术检测30例子宫肌瘤组织及30例子宫肌肉组织中Caspase-3的表达。结果:子宫肌瘤组织及子宫肌肉组织中均显示Caspase-3的表达,但两者的表达强度不同,在子宫肌瘤组织中Caspase-3表达的阳性单位是3.12±2.24,而在子宫肌肉组织中表达的阳性单位是11.85±5.24,两者比较P<0.05。结论:子宫肌瘤的发生与Caspase-3的表达下调或呈现低表达状态相关。 Aim: To investigate the expression and correlation of apoptosis gene Caspase-3 in uterine leiomyoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical and image analysis study of Caspase-3 was performed in 30 cases of uterine leiomyoma and 30 cases of normal myometrium. Results: The positive expressions of Caspase-3 were in the both of uterine leiomyoma and normal myometrium. The mean positive unit of Caspase-3 in uterine leiomyoma was 3.12 ± 2. 24 and the one in the uterine normal myometrium was 11.85 ± 5.24 (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:Lower expression and down regulation of Caspas-3 in uterine leiomyoma is correlated with the pathogenesis of uterine leiomyoma.
