摘要
通过配制不同浓度的硼酸溶液,采用多种方式处理焦炭后进行焦炭热反应性研究,试验结果表明焦炭反应性明显降低,焦炭反应后强度大幅度提高。由此认为硼酸溶液对焦炭起到钝化作用,可以提高焦炭反应后强度,有利于提高高炉冶炼能力,增加高炉喷煤量,降低冶炼成本。
Through confecting different density boric acid solution, we made the experiment of coke heat reaction after taking various methods to deal with the coke. The results show that the reaction of coke has decreased obviously and its strength has increased quickly after the coke reaction. So we got the conclusion that boric acid can passivity coke, enhancing its strength after coke reaction, raising the smelt ability of blast furnace, increasing the coal quantity and reducing the smelt cost.
