摘要
文章在分析和总结电机常见故障特点及其在振动或电流频谱上出现的故障特征的基础上,针对故障电机的调制信号特点,使用信号解调技术对采集的信号进行幅值解调,提取故障特征进行诊断。并通过实例验证了该方法在电机故障诊断中的正确性。
Based on analyzing and summarizing the features of motor common fault and the vibration signals or the current frequency, this article aiming at motor's character of modulation signal, a signal demodulation technology was used to the gathered signal for amplitude demodulation. Through the examples we validated the correction of this method in motor fault diagnosis.
