摘要
文章介绍了西门子S7—400 PLC在转炉烟气干法除尘控制系统中的具体应用,对PLC系统的硬件构成、网络配置及几个关键工艺控制点的软件解决方案进行了简单的说明。采用国外先进的除尘工艺,结合本厂的生产特点,这套控制系统完成了对工艺线设备的过程检测、监视、调节和控制,达到了良好的烟气净化效果。
The paper introduces the SIEMENS S7 -400 PLC applied to converter＇s gas dry dust treatment control system. And it briefly explained the PLC system in hardware configuration, network combination and software solution with several key technique control points. According to the advanced technique of gas dry dust treatment system from overseas and based on the character of our production, this control system fulfdled the function for processing check, supervising, adjusting and controlling. So it reached perfectly effect on gas dry dust treatment.
