18%氟磺胺·精喹禾·异噁松乳油的高效液相色谱分析

Analysis of fomesafen quizalofop-p-ethyl and clomazone 180EC by HPLC

本文建立了一种18%氟磺胺.精喹禾.异噁松乳油的高效液相色谱分析方法。精喹禾灵、异噁草松、氟磺胺草醚的变异系数分别为0.72%、1.46%、0.65%,平均回收率分别为98.90%、98.88%、98.98%,标准偏差小于0.25。

A quantitative analysis method was established for fornesafen quizalofop -p - ethyl and clornazone 180EC by using reversed phase HPLC. The results showed that eofficient of variation was 0.72% ,1.46% and 0. 65% ,recovery ration was 98.90% , 98.88% and 98.98% ,standard deviation was less than 0.25.
