摘要
微型化实验是20多年来国内外广泛开展的一种化学实验方法,其特点是仪器微型化和试剂用量少。本实验利用自制微型滴定装置,对分析化学实验进行一系列微型化滴定实验探索,以此来确定试剂的最少用量,当试剂用量降低到原用量的1/4时仍能得到符合常量分析准确度和精密度要求的实验结果,从而节约了实验试剂,实验经费和时间,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Micro scale chemical experiment has been widely used in recent 20 years, It is characterized by the microminiaturization of instrument, and less reagent. This experiment uses the self - restraint miniature titration apparatus, carrid on a series of microminiaturized titrate experiment to the analytical chemistry experiment to explore, when the amount of the reagent was cut down to 1 / 4 of its original amount, the experimental result was obtained which accorded with constant analysis degree of accuracy and the precision demanded. The experimental reagent , founds and time were saved. It has good economic social benefit.
