摘要 组蛋白乙酰化修饰与基因的表达调控相关,参与了各种肺部疾病的病变过程。组蛋白乙酰化和去乙酰化由一对功能相互拮抗的蛋白酶——组蛋白乙酰基转移酶和组蛋白去乙酰化酶负责。二者之间的动态平衡在特定条件下被破坏,会导致基因转录的失调,引起基因表达的异常。 The acetylation of histone is related to gene expression and regulation,which takes part in the pathological courses of all kinds of lung diseases.The acetylation and deacetylation of histone is charged by a pair of protea se with antistatic function on each other,which are histone transacetylase and histone deacetylase.If the dynamic equilibrium between them was destro yed under certain condition,it will result in disturbance of genetic trans cription as well as abnomal gene expression at last.
