生殖器尖锐湿疣与辅助性T淋巴细胞1/辅助性T淋巴细胞2细胞因子的关系及治疗现状

Study of Genital Warts about its Therapeutic Current and Relationship with Th 1/Th2 Cytokines

摘要 辅助性T淋巴细胞1/辅助性T淋巴细胞2(Th1/Th2)两类细胞因子调节人体的免疫反应,在生殖器尖锐湿疣的免疫反应中具有重要的作用。生殖器尖锐湿疣患者Th2细胞因子占优势,复发频率与Th1/Th2平衡失调具有显著的相关性;Th1/Th2平衡与细胞因子相互作用、协同刺激分子、信号转导机制相关;由此,可以通过Th2型细胞因子向Th1型细胞因子逆转来预防和治疗生殖器尖锐湿疣。 Th1/Th2 cytokines can regulate immune reaction o f the body and p lays an important role in immune reaction of genital warts.Th2 cytokines often gain advantages in patients with genital warts.Relapse rate has obvio us associativity with disequilibrium of Th1/Th2.Th1/Th2 balance is related to its interaction with cytokines,coordinated stimulator and mechanism of sig nal transduction.So genial warts can be prevented and treated by reversing Th 2 cytokines to Th1 cytokines.
