血管内皮生长因子、基质金属蛋白酶9与胃癌的侵袭和转移

摘要 胃癌的侵袭和转移依赖于肿瘤间质中的血管生成和细胞外基质的降解。血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是目前所知的作用最强的促血管生成因子之一,它可以直接或间接地参与血管生成的每个环节。基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)是一种与胃癌侵袭和转移密切相关的蛋白酶,它通过降解细胞外基质引起胃癌的侵袭和转移。现以VEGF、MMP-9的主要生物学效应、与肿瘤侵袭转移(尤其是胃癌)的关系及可能机制进行综述。 The invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer depen d on the angiogenesi s of tumorous stroma and the degradation of extracellular matrix.Vascular endot helial growth factor(VEGF)is one of the most powerful pro-angiogenesis factor at present,which can participate in each link of the angiogenesis directly or indirectly.Matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)is one protease which have i ntimate correlation with invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer,which can res ult in invasion and metastasis by degrading extracellular matrix.This article reviews VEGF and MMP-9 about their main biological effects and relationships with tumor invasion and metastasis(especially with gastric cancer)as well as possible mechanism.
