“双固一通”针法治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床研究

Clinical study of SHuangguyitong acupuncture therapy in treating postmenopausal osteoporosis

目的观察"双固一通"针法对绝经后骨质疏松症(PMO)患者的治疗作用及其对骨密度(BMD)、雌二醇(E2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、的调节作用,探讨其作用机制。方法45例PMO患者随机分为"双固一通"治疗组(简称双固一通组)、常规针刺治疗组(简称针刺组)和中成药组,每组15例,观察各组疗效、症状积分、及治疗前后骨密度、血E2、IL-6。结果双固一通组、针刺组、中成药组的显效率分别为80%,33.3%,20%;三组均可改善症状积分、提高血中E2水平、降低IL-6水平、增加骨密度,双固一通组与中成药组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),与针刺组比较:E2有显著差异(P<0.05)、IL-6有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。结论"双固一通"针法可以提高绝经后妇女血中E2水平、降低IL-6含量、提高骨密度,,改善临床症状,提高生存质量,具有较好的临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shuangguyitong therapy of acupuncture on BMD , E2 （E2）,IL-6（IL-6）of Postmenopausal Osteoporo-sis （PMO）. Methods 45 PMO patients were randomly divided into the Shuangguyitong electroacupuncture group ,common electroacupuncture group and herb group. Ob- served the changes of BMD, E2,IL-6. Results All of the effective rates of three groups were 100%, the excellent rates of three groups were 80%,33.3% and 20%. The effect of Shuang gu yi tong group was obviously better than others （ P〈0.01 ）. The BMD of Shuangguyitong electroacupuncture group and herb group increased significantly（P〈0.05）, highter than that of common electroacupuncture group. The level of E2 in three groups was all increased. There were significant difference be- tween Shuang gu yi tong group and common acupuncture group （P〈0.05）. The level of IL-6 in three groups was all decreased. Shuang gu yi tong group and Herb group were better than common acupuncture group （P〈0.01）.Conclusions Shuangguyitong therapy of acupuncture can increase the BMD of PMO patients, increase E2,de- crease IL-6 and control the development of PMO.
