电磁穴位联合中药治疗乳腺增生症的临床观察

Clinical observation of electromagnetism points combined with traditional Chinese drugs in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands

目的探讨电磁穴位联合中药治疗乳腺增生症的临床意义。方法2005年3月至2006年2月,随机选临床诊断乳腺增生症125例,分为口服药物组、电磁穴位治疗组、综合治疗组。对比观察电磁穴位联合中药疗法对乳腺增生症的治疗意义。结果口服药物组总有效率显著低于电磁穴位治疗组和综合治疗组,分别为P<0.05、P<0.01。随访3个月显示:口服药物仅对病程短于3年的病例效果显著。电磁穴位治疗疗效与病期的长短无显箸关系,并且治疗后的复发率较低。结论结合祖国传统阴阳学说理论与现代电磁科学技术的电磁穴位疗法,对乳腺增生症具有比较理想的物理治疗效果。

Purpose To explore clinical observation for electromagnetism acupuncture point and traditional chinese medicine treated breast hyperplastic disease.Methods 125 cases breast hyperplastic disease were chosen optionally,and divided into oral the medicine group,the electromagnetism acupuncture point group,and the complex therapy group.Contrasted and observed the therapy significance of the electromagnetism acupuncture point to breast hyperplastic disease.Results Total efficiency for oral the medicine group is lower than other two groups obviously,P〈0.05 and P〈0.01,follow-up 3 months and demonstrated that orally medicine had remarkable effect only for the course of disease is less than 3 years,also the recurrence rate was low;The electromagnetism acupuncture point was no relation obviously to disease period and recurrence rate.Conclusion The electromagnetism acupuncture point that combines the motherland tradition theory with the modern electromagnetism science and technology had quite ideal physical therapy effect to breast hyperplastic disease.
