高校辅导员的职业自我效能感,直接影响着学生思想政治工作的效果和自身的发展。以辅导员队伍建设为着眼点,从职业自我效能感的信息来源出发,对有效提升辅导员职业自我效能感的途径进行探讨。
The career self- efficacy of college prefects influences the result of their work and the development of themselves. This article takes the team construction as foundation of college prefects, sets out from the information source, discusses how to carry on a study towards promoting the career self- efficacy of college prefects effectively.
