摘要
中西方学校选择运动,在推行初衷、表现形式、财政政策、选择自由等方面有巨大差异。借鉴西方学校选择制度,我国学校选择制度改革要从政府教育职能定位、教育体系构建、舆论引导等方面切入。
The school selection movements in China and the West are found to be largely different in the original intention of development, manifestation, fiscal policy, and freedom of choice. China should draw references from the West, reform the educational function of the government, construct the educational system, and guide the public opinions.
