聚醚基磷酸酯两性表面活性剂的制备及性能

摘要 以烷基叔胺、氯乙醇、环氧氯丙烷、PEG200和五氧化二磷为原料,合成了一种新型聚醚基磷酸酯两性表面活性剂。对合成工艺进行了研究,确定了最佳工艺条件,并对产品的表面张力、临界胶束浓度、钙皂分散力等物化性能进行了测试。研究结果表明,此系列产品具有良好的表面活性和较好的分散能力,特别是长链烷基为18的产品。 In this paper, alkyl tertiary amine,chlorohydrin,epichlorohydrin,PEG200 and phosphorus pentoxide were taken as raw materials to synthesize a novel polyether amphoteric phosphate surfactants. The technological conditions was tudied, the optimum reaction conditions were obtained. The physical chemical properties of the products such as surface tension, critical micelle concentration(CMC),disperse ability were tested.It was concluded that the products of a series exhibited excellent surface-active properties and good dispersion capacity,especially octadecyl product.
