溶胶-凝胶法制备硅橡胶固相微萃取探头

摘要 应用溶胶-凝胶技术制备了107硅橡胶固相微萃取探头。通过加热,考察了涂层的热稳定性;采用顶空-气相色谱联法,对水中的二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳进行了萃取分析。实验表明,萃取头使用温度高,涂层不易脱落,萃取装置与气相色谱联用效果好,对氯代烃类化合物吸附、萃取效果好。 A solid-phasemicmextraction(SPME)fiber coated with silicone rubber layer was prep ared by sol-gel coating technology. The thermostability of the coating was investigated by thermal analysis. The coating was used to detect dichlomnethane, trichloromethane and tetrachlorome- thane by using HS-SPME-GC united technology.The experiment results indicated that the silicone rubber coating had good thermostability and didn't peel off. Combining the SPME equipment with GC to detecte chlorinated hydrocarbon.,the results were Satisfaction.
