摘要
通过对大豆磷脂进行酯交换、马来酸酐酯化、中和、亚硫酸化化学改性,合成出了亚硫酸化大豆磷脂。研究了改性反应中各因素对反应的影响,得到了酯交换反应的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度70℃,反应时间1h,甲醇与磷脂的质量比为11︰100;酯化反应的最佳工艺为:催化剂质量分数为0.8%,反应温度100℃,反应时间3h,马来酸酐与磷脂的质量比为12︰100~13︰100;在亚硫酸化反应中采用碱-NaHSO3/Na2S2O5体系,先中和后亚硫酸化,中和温度为50~60℃,反应结束后,升高温度至70~80℃,磺化反应程度控制在50%~60%,反应1~1.5 h。
The high active sulphited soybean was prepared using soybean phospholipid as raw materials through four steps: ester exchange, esterification with maleic anhydride, neutralization, sulphitation. The optimum conditions of the ester exchange reaction are obtaind: temperature is 70℃, time is 1h, mass ratio of methanol to phospholid is 11 : 100. The optimum conditions of the ester reaction are as follow: the dosage of catalyst is 0.8% ( based on mass of phospholipid ), mass ratio of maleic anhydride and phospholipid is 12 : 100-13 : 100, temperature of reaction is 100℃, time is 3h. Alkli--NaHSO3/Na2S2O5 system was used in reaction of sulphitation neutralizing in low temperature (50-60℃) firstly then reaction of sulphitation was carried out in 70-80℃, the extent of sulphitation is controlled 50%-60%, the time is 1-1.5h.
