Integration viewpoints of athletics ability of the professional football club and its applied whole course

职业足球俱乐部竞技能力不是单个运动员竞技能力的简单叠加,是一个复杂系统。用系统辩证学分析了球队竞技能力系统的功能、整体优化性、协同作用。在此基础上,提出职业足球俱乐部竞技能力实施要遵循6个环节,旨在使球队的管理措施与方法进一步拓展,以便在实践中取得更好的训练与竞赛效果。

The athletics ability of the professional club is not simplicity add each other, but is a complication system. This study explored the systematic principles of athletics abilihy of the football team adopted the systematic methods in the perspectives of systematic structural function, integrated optimization, cooperation impaction. On the basis, this study puts forward the six links of athletics ability application, in order to enhance the development of the management methods for the football team, thereby obtaining better training and competition result.
