摘要
为了使大坝能够按预定的耐久性要求发挥其设计功能,科学运行是一个重要因素。工程实践和反馈研究表明,根据每座大坝的具体情况,适当控制最低和最高库水位、对坝面实施永久保温或降温、及时调整泄洪闸门启闭运用方式、保持大坝上下游水位相匹配,是防止或减轻大坝遭受损害,保证大坝安全耐久的有效措施。
Scientific operation plays an important role to ensure that the dam plays full designed functions according to the requirements of designed durability. Engineering practices and feedback studies show that some mea- sures taken in accordance with the specific conditions of each dam are effective to prevent dam from damage and to ensure dam durability, such as adequately controlling the maximum and the minimum reservoir levels, permanently maintaining or lowering temperature for the dam face, timely adjusting the operation mode of discharge gate as well as maintaining the match of upstream and downstream levels.
