摘要
对话无论从形式的意义上讲,还是从价值追求的意义上讲,都是我们的课堂文化追求的一种目标。但是在我们所谓的对话实践中,不可避免地总会出现这样那样的偏差。或者出现"无对话"的现象,或者出现"假对话"。而在众多现象的背后隐藏着一个致命的问题,即是"倾听"的丧失。而真正的对话在于营造一种相互倾听和自我倾听的课堂文化,这样,才能为实现对话提供合理性的依据。
Dialogue, both in the sense of form and value pursuit, is a goal which our class-teaching culture pursues. However, in our so-called dialogue practice, there happens to be certain deviations inevitably, that is to say, "no dialogue" or "false dialogue" phenomena. There exists a fatal problem hiding behind those phenomena, which is the loss of "listening". The true dialogue is to create a culture happening in classrooms where everyone listens to each other and listens to themselves. Only in this way, can we provide reasonable basis for dialogue activities.
