摘要
大学权力一直是人们关注的话题。传统的大学权力结构划分存有滞后于现实、局限于权力表象的弊端,导致认为解决大学权力矛盾就是"增强学术权力,减少行政权力"的简单化的思维定势。以大学逻辑为出发点,从多元理念、权力合法性和程序正义的哲学视角,来探讨大学权力的"问题式"建构,有助于问题的澄清,其中以程序为核心依法配置大学权力必然成为解决大学权力矛盾的一条关键途径。
University power has always been the topic of conversation to which people pay their attention since the establishment of university. However, while people are becoming more and more familiar with the very item, they weaken their reflections to some basic problems of university power which based on university logic, and pace up and down without touching the root. Some even believe that solving the contradiction of university power equals to doing the action of "strengthening academic power and limiting administrative power". This paper would like to question the traditional practice of analyzing university power, proceed from university logic and probe the problem of deploying university power methodologically from a problematic (that is pluralism, power legalise, and process justice) point of view.
