The Exploration on the Factors Affecting the Quality of Postgraduate Education

研究生教育质量问题日益成为人们关注的焦点之一。原因是随着我国研究生招生速度的加快和数量的膨胀,教学资源、导师队伍、管理制度等未进行相应的充实与发展。因此,为保障与提高研究生教育质量,必须在经费投入、制度改革、师资建设等方面加大举措力度。

The issue of postgraduate education quality has become one of the social focuses. With the rapid increase of postgraduate recruitment, the teaching resources, tutoring team as well as management system have not got relevant development. In this article, we try to analyze these factors which affect the postgraduate education quality from aspects of funding, system innovation and the construction of teacher talents, in order to improve this issue.
