With the influence of inertia, teachers＇ profession development has proceeded with a trend that there exists unbalanced quality among teacher talents. This phenomenon may be caused by such factors as personal quality, schooling environment and fixed thinking pattern, which makes great influence on both personal and whole-school profession development. Therefore, we should make research on the inertia effect in teachers＇ profession development and relevant strategies respectively from personal and whole-school levels, promote education equality and justice and guarantee development chances for every teacher.
