摘要
根据国内工程承包企业在东南亚承包市场上实施、经营、管理工程项目的情况,对自营、转包、联合经营等几种项目的组织模式的特征、优缺点进行分析、探讨,提出了联合经营模式是国际工程项目组织和实施的一种相对理想模式的观点.同时根据以往国际项目实施的成功经验,对国际工程项目人员、材料、设备等组织和合同管理等一些关键问题提出了建议,可供国际工程承包企业参考.
Based on the status of construction project organization,operation and administration of some Chinese contractors in Southeast Asia,the characters,advantages and disadvantages of the different project organizations and operation modes are analyzed and discussed.The modes mainly include selfmanagement,subcontracting,joint operation etc.,and that the joint operation is the best mode for international project operation is proposed.Furthermore,some solutions to the problems of organization and management of manpower,materials,equipment etc.as well as contract administration are presented,as references for international contractors.
