摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定鸡蛋中8种生命元素。拟定了测定方法,加标回收率在91.8%~105.8%范围内,变异系数RSD<10(n=6),检测下限为0.0014~0.34μg/mL,满足分析要求。为食品中微量元素的检测、分析提供了快速、准确的方法。
ICP-MS was applied to simultaneously detect eight biological elements in eggs. The recovery rate of standard addition is 91.8% -105.8%, the variation coefficient is RSD〈10(n=6). the detected minimum limit is 0. 0014-0. 34 μg/mL, which provides quick and accurate method for the detection and analysis of trace elements.
