摘要
总结了传统供应商评价方法的优势和缺陷,提出了一个能够适应电子供应链环境的供应商绩效评价模型。该模型利用平衡记分卡(BSC)思想建立评价结构,同时使用关键绩效指标(KPI)确定评价标准。选择粗糙集方法解决筛选各层次指标以及确定权重的问题,并且对供应商进行综合评价。最后,通过一个实际案例证实了该评价模型的实用性和有效性。
This paper firstly summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional approaches of supplier evaluation. A new model for supplier performance evaluation in e - supply chain is proposed. This model uses balanced scorecard to define the performance evaluation structure in an enterprise. The evaluation focuses on key performance indicators. The rough set theory is the instrument to select key performance attributes at different levels in the evaluation structure and calculate the weights of the selected attributes in this model. A simplified example is provided to approve that the model is practical and effective.
